"Writing Lessons from Film: Alien (Character)"

Learn how to construct a character by a careful examination of the Goals,
Obstacles, Tactics, and Expectations (GOTE) of the character Ellen Ripley in
Alien. All participants will - at the end of the session - have constructed
a wholly unique character or refined a previously created character -
suitable for a story, novella, or role-playing game.
