"Writing Lessons from the Screen: Speculation and the Living Dead"

Analyzing contemporary iterations of the living dead in electronic media, we consider the world, politics, and culture established under a "zombie apocalypse" and - perhaps more importantly - what comes after the defeat of the "re-animated."
From these discussions, we will construct our own "rebuilding after the apocalypse" scenarios suitable for development into a story, novella, or role-playing game scenario.
